When I try to sign in to view a sourcing event, I get the following error message:
Another user in your organization has already connected to this buyer. Please create a new user.
The username you are attempting to use is associated with a separate SAP Business Network account ID (ANID) that does not match the account currently connected to your company's profile that was invited to the event.
If you already have a username associated with the connected ANID, please refer internally to your company's account administrator to confirm the correct username to use.
If you do not have a username associated with the connected ANID, follow these steps to create a new username and access the event:
With multiple usernames, a simple way to ensure you can easily access each will be to link your user IDs.
