One of my suppliers sees the following error when punching into our SAP Ariba Buying solution from their account on the SAP Business Network:

Error: Your user account on the customer's punchin site is pending approval. Try again later.

• You have not approved the supplier's User Profile (UP) request that was automatically generated in your SAP Ariba Buying solution
• The shared user or partitioned user is inactive for the associated supplier
• The supplier user in your SAP Ariba Buying solution application is missing the appropriate user groups

從 Ariba 帳號移至客戶的站點時收到錯誤：

錯誤：您在客戶的 PunchIn 站點上的使用者帳號正在等待核准。請稍後再試。

首次嘗試存取客戶的站點時 (例如建立合約發票)，將在客戶的 Ariba Procurement 解決方案中產生使用者介紹。  客戶必須核准您的使用者介紹，您才可存取客戶的站點。

如果一開始看到此訊息後的 24 小時後仍沒有存取權限，請聯絡您的客戶請求核准您的使用者介紹。
