One of my suppliers sees the following error when punching into our SAP Ariba Buying solution from their account on the SAP Business Network:

Error: Your user account on the customer's punchin site is pending approval. Try again later.

• You have not approved the supplier's User Profile (UP) request that was automatically generated in your SAP Ariba Buying solution
• The shared user or partitioned user is inactive for the associated supplier
• The supplier user in your SAP Ariba Buying solution application is missing the appropriate user groups

在从 Ariba Network 帐户转到客户的站点时收到以下错误：

错误：您在客户 PunchIn 站点上的用户帐户正在等待审批。请稍后重试。

您第一次尝试访问客户站点时（例如，创建合同发票），会在客户的 Ariba Procurement 解决方案中生成用户概要。  客户必须先批准您的用户概要，然后您才能访问其站点。

如果您在最初看到此消息 24 小时后仍无法访问，请联系您的客户并请求他们批准您的用户概要。
