Why am I not receiving emails from SAP Ariba?
- If you are not receiving emails from SAP Ariba, first verify that your user's email address is correct and that your notification settings are configured properly. If so, contact your local IT (Information Technology) department to determine if there are any filters on your email server that are blocking emails from SAP Ariba. If needed, your IT department can also add SAP Ariba's IP addresses and following email domains to the allow list:
- @rusmtp.ariba.com
- @ansmtp.ariba.com
- @eusmtp.ariba.com
- @smtp.mn2.ariba.com
- @smtp.mn1.ariba.com
- @cnsmtp.sapariba.cn
- Also ask your IT department to confirm if emails from this address no-reply@ansmtp.ariba.com are being blocked.
- Check for possible delegations for the user. Notification emails can be sent only to the delegatee indicated and not the delegator (the original approver on the task) depending on how the delegation is configured.
- If all settings are configured correctly in both your SAP Ariba account and internal email server, the attachments included in the notification may be too large which is preventing the email from being received. You can contact your local internal IT department to verify file size limitations.
