• I'm the current administrator, but I'd like to transfer the administrator role to another user.
• I have access to the previous administrator's account, but I want to change the administrator.
• My company changed our e-mail address domain, and I need to update it in the administrator's account.

Come cambiare l’amministratore?  Come si cambia amministratore? Come trasferire il ruolo di amministratore a un alto utente? 

Per trasferire  il ruolo di amministratore a un utente esistente:

1. Nell’angolo in alto a destra dell’applicazione, fare clic su Impostazioni società > Utenti
2. Selezionare l’utente che sarà il nuovo amministratore
3. Fare clic su Rendi amministratore
4. Selezionare un Ruolo per il proprio utente e fare clic su Assegna.
5. Fare clic su OK per trasferire il ruolo di amministratore dell’account

Per aggiornare le informazioni sull’account dell’amministratore:

1. Nell’angolo in alto a destra, fare clic su Nome > Account personale.
2. Aggiornare questa pagina con le nuove informazioni sull’amministratore. Ricordare di modificare quanto segue:
   • Nome utente
   • Nome completo dell'utente
   • Indirizzo di posta elettronica dell'utente
   • Informazioni sul contatto
3. Fare clic su Salva

Dopo aver completato una di queste opzioni si desidererà inoltre confermare che anche tutte le impostazioni di notifica per posta elettronica vengano aggiornate, incluse quelle riferite alla sede a cui vengono inviati gli ordini d’acquisto, se si utilizza l’account per gli ordini e la fatturazione.

If the current account administrator left your company and you can't access the email address associated with their user profile, contact SAP Business Network Customer Support from the Support Center to change the administrator email address.
