• I'm the current administrator, but I'd like to transfer the administrator role to another user.
• I have access to the previous administrator's account, but I want to change the administrator.
• My company changed our e-mail address domain, and I need to update it in the administrator's account.

Hvordan endre administrator?  Hvordan endrer jeg administrator? Hvordan overfører jeg administratorrollen til en annen bruker? 

Slik overfører du en administratorrolle til en eksisterende bruker:

1. Klikk på Bedriftsinnstillinger > Brukere øverst til høyre i applikasjonen.
2. Velg brukeren som skal være den nye administratoren.
3. Klikk på Angi som administrator.
4. Velg en rolle for brukeren din og klikk på Tilordne.
5. Klikk på OK for å overføre kontoadministratorrollen.

Slik oppdaterer du administratorens kontoinformasjon:

1. Klikk på Navn > Min konto øverst i høyre hjørne.
2. Oppdater denne siden med den nye administratorinformasjonen. Husk å endre følgende:
   • Brukernavn
   • Brukers fullstendige navn
   • Brukers e-post
   • Kontaktinformasjon
3. Klikk på Lagre.

Når du er ferdig med dette, skal du også bekrefte at alle innstillinger for e-postvarsling er oppdatert, inkludert de som er knyttet til stedet innkjøpsordrene sendes til, hvis du bruker kontoen for ordrer og fakturering.

If the current account administrator left your company and you can't access the email address associated with their user profile, contact SAP Business Network Customer Support from the Support Center to change the administrator email address.
