• I'm the current administrator, but I'd like to transfer the administrator role to another user.
• I have access to the previous administrator's account, but I want to change the administrator.
• My company changed our e-mail address domain, and I need to update it in the administrator's account.

Hvordan ændres administratoren?  Hvordan ændrer jeg administrator? Hvordan overfører jeg administratorrollen til en anden bruger? 

Sådan overføres rollen som Administrator til en eksisterende bruger:

1. Klik på Virksomhedsindstillinger > Brugere øverst til højre i programmet.
2. Vælg den bruger, der skal være den nye administrator
3. Klik på Gør til administrator.
4. Vælg en rolle til din egen bruger, og klik på Tildel.
5. Klik på OK for at overføre kontoadministratorrollen.

Sådan opdaterer du en administrators kontooplysninger:

1. Klik på Navn > Min konto øverst til højre.
2. Opdater denne side med de nye administratoroplysninger. Husk at ændre følgende:
   • Brugernavn
   • Brugers fulde navn
   • Brugers e-mail-adresse
   • Kontaktoplysninger
3. Klik på Gem

Når en af disse muligheder er valgt, skal du også bekræfte, at alle indstillinger for e-mailmeddelelser også er opdateret, hvilket omfatter dem, der er relateret til hvor indkøbsordrer sendes til, hvis du bruger kontoen til ordrer og fakturering.

If the current account administrator left your company and you can't access the email address associated with their user profile, contact SAP Business Network Customer Support from the Support Center to change the administrator email address.
