1

How do I know which browser I am using?

Visit the whatsmybrowser.org/ site. You will see the browser name and version of the browser you used to open the page.

2What are cookies, and how do I accept them?

Cookies are small files sent to your computer that help sites to recognize your browser and remember your preferences. To handle cookies, log in to your Ariba solution and access the "SAP Ariba Technical Requirements" document. You can locate this by searching for it in the Learning Center after logging in.

3

Why am I getting a security warning when accessing certain Ariba pages?

Ariba solutions use a secure connection and should be added to your list of trusted sites for seamless access. You can manage your trusted sites in Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you need further assistance, contact your IT department to ask how to add a trusted site.

4

Why can't I download files from Ariba?

There might be a pop-up blocker enabled in your browser that prevents you from downloading files from certain sites. Look at the upper part of your browser for a bar or icon informing about blocked window and follow instructions to enable pop-ups for Ariba sites.

5

Why do I get a warning about an IP address conflict?

To prevent any authorized access or action, Ariba checks the computer's IP address sending requests to the site. If there is a considerable discrepancy within your single access entry, your user session is terminated . This policy protects your account information while visiting Ariba sites.

6

Why was I logged out?

Following industry standards, Ariba terminates a user session if there is a 30-minute period of inactivity .
