Can administrator reset a user's password?
Symptom

Resolution

To reset another user's password:

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click Admin Configuration (gear icon) > User
    • If you do not see User, you do not have permission
      • If you are a buyer user, request help from your Program Management Office
      • If you are a supplier user, request help from you system administrator
  3. Select the user that requires the password reset
  4. Click Reset Password > Reset
    • Users set to access SAP Fieldglass via Single Sign-On only will not have the option to reset their password
  5. An email with a password reset link will be sent to that user
