Can administrator reset a user's password?
- I am the buyer account administrator and I would like to reset the password for a buyer user
- I am the supplier account administrator and I would like to reset the password for a supplier user
To reset another user's password:
- Sign into your account
- Click Admin Configuration (gear icon) > User
- If you do not see User, you do not have permission
- If you are a buyer user, request help from your Program Management Office
- If you are a supplier user, request help from you system administrator
- Select the user that requires the password reset
- Click Reset Password > Reset
- Users set to access SAP Fieldglass via Single Sign-On only will not have the option to reset their password
- An email with a password reset link will be sent to that user
