How do I find PMO contact information?

• Try one of these options to go directly to the PMO:

1. 1. If you can sign into SAP Fieldglass, click Help > Contact Us. The PMO may have configured this information

   2. Ask your staffing agency who they contact

   3. Ask your direct manager how they contact the PMO about your work assignment

2. Click Get Support to submit a request for your PMO Contact information

About the PMO:

Often the group that helps you is called the Program Management Office (PMO):

• Can take administrative actions in SAP Fieldglass

• Configure and manage the SAP Fieldglass application according to the buyer company's process and program requirements

• Can answer the specific questions about the program and help you with any process steps

• Specific to the buyer and staffed by the buyer. The contact information for this group is different for each buyer.
