Buyer would like to reset the password for a worker

A buyer with user permission can resets a worker's password:

1. Click View > Workers
2. Use the filters to locate the worker and then click Worker ID
3. Click Actions > Reset Password
4. A password reset email will be sent to the email for that worker

If you do not have user permission, contact your Program Management Office (PMO) or an administrator user in your company
