How can a supplier reset a worker password?
Symptom
- Worker contacted me because they forgot their password
- Password needs to be changed
Environment
Production
Resolution
- Sign into your SAP Fieldglass supplier account
- Click View > Workers
- Use the filters to locate the worker > click Worker ID
- Click Actions > Reset Password
- If you do not have this action contact the Program Management Office
- A password reset email will be sent to the worker's email
