• My username and password are not recognized
• I do not know my login details
• I forgot my password
• I forgot my username

If you cannot sign in to your account due to a forgotten username or password you can try these options:

Option 1: The SAP Fieldglass Assistant is recommended for immediate resolution:

1. Click Need assistance with Login/Registration? from the SAP Fieldglass sign-in page
2. A Pop-Windows will appear on the right side of your screen
3. Click the option for the information you forgot:
   • • I forgot my username: provide the email address associated to the account
     • I forgot my password: provide the username associated to the account
4. Follow the steps in the system email you receive
   • Either, Sign in with the username
   • Or, Click the here hyperlink to reset your password
     • Note the URL in the browser address bar. The first part of the URL is the domain your company uses: Examples: fieldglass.us, fieldglass.eu, fieldglass.ae, fieldglass.com.au, fieldglass.sa
     • If the link in the password reset email takes you to the SAP Fieldglass sign-in screen instead of a password reset screen, your account may use Single Sign-on (SSO)
       • Contact your Program Management Office (PMO) to request the SSO link
5. If you do not receive the email from the system after 15 minutes, check your SPAM and Junk folders
   • If the email is not received, the email you provided is not associated to your account and you must contact your supplier administrator for the correct email

Option 2: Contact your the Program Management Office (PMO) or Buyer Administrator user as they can confirm your sign-in information including SSO link and Username. They can also reset your password

Option 3: If directed by the SAP Fieldglass Assistant, or if you do not know your PMO Contact, submit a case to SAP Fieldglass Support
