I received a password reset link but the link is taking me to the page to sign in instead of the password reset page

1. Review the expiration time in the email you received
   • If the password reset time has not expired, click the hyperlink in the email
2. If the password reset email is expired, reset your password
3. If you click the link in the password reset email and are again redirected to the sign in page instead of the password reset page, clear all browser cache and cookies
   • Stored browser data can sometimes prevent the password reset page from being displayed
4. You may also use a different browser to try the reset password hyperlink
