If you cannot sign in to your account due to a forgotten username or password you can try these options:

Use the Assistant for immediate assistance:

1. Access SAP Fieldglass

2. Click Need sign-in assistance? from the SAP Fieldglass sign-in page

3. A pop-up window will appear on the right side of your screen
   
   

4. Click the option for the information you forgot:

• • I forgot my username

    • Should you receive error 'I couldn't find an account associated to the email address you provided'(KB0939585 - I am unable to recover my Username due to error: "I couldn't find an account associated to the email address you provided" ), you have multiple accounts associated with the same email address and the bot will be unable to understand which account you are requesting the username for, please submit a support ticket: KB0361975- How to Contact SAP Fieldglass Technical Support

5. Follow the steps in the system email you receive:

• If you receive an error message, check if your password meets the requirements

• Note the URL in the browser address bar. The first part of the URL is the domain your company uses

6. If you do not receive the email from the system after 15 minutes, check your spam and junk folders.

• • Try using any other email addresses you have, as your account might be linked to a personal or professional email

• • If you cannot locate it, the email you provided is not associated to your account and you must contact your Staffing Agency for support
