How do I clear my browser cache and cookies?
- I am unable to access my account because even when I enter the correct sign in information I receive a Bug Report page.
- The application does not complete any actions. Page goes blank after spinning.
Browser displays cached information rather than the latest site information
- Clear browsing data.
- After the browser finishes deleting your history, log out of your account and close your browser.
- Open the browser again.
To clear your cache and cookies, you can find instructions for each browser below:

- Click the [three dots] in the upper right of the browser to open settings
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data
- Click the Basic tab
- Set Time range to All time
- Tick the checkbox for both Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear Data

- Click the [tri-bar] or [menu] button in the upper right
- Click Options > Privacy & Security on the left
- Find the Cookies and Site Data section > click Clear Data
- From the popup, click Clear

- Click the Edge menu [three dots] in the top right corner
- Click Settings
- Click Cookies and site permissions on the left side
- Click See all cookies and site data under Manage and delete cookies and site data
- Click Remove all in the new dialogue box
Alternatively, to quickly access the browser settings menu
- Open your browser
- Press and hold the Ctrl + Shift + Del keys on your keyboard
- Then, you can remove the files according to the steps for your browser
