Why can't I see the Orders and Invoices tabs in my SAP Business Network account?
There are two possible reasons for this:
- You do not have any customer relationships yet - If no customers have established a trading relationship with your company in the system, features like Orders and Invoices will remain inaccessible.
- Reach out to customers and ask them to establish a trading relationship with your company.
- You're a sub-user without the right permissions.

- Your company’s account has user roles, and you’re assigned a sub-user role with limited permissions. Please contact your administrator and request that they grant you the user permissions:
- Inbox Access
- Outbox Access
- Invoice Generation
SAP Business Network for Procurement & Supply Chain > Administration (Buyer & Supplier Account Administration)
