How can I manage users' permissions and roles in the SAP Business Network?

As a prerequisite, only the SAP Business Network account administrator or users with the User Administration permission, can manage these settings. If you're entitled to proceed, follow the steps below:

To change the Permissions of a user:

1. Click [user initials] > Settings > Users
2. Click the Role name you like to edit under Manage Roles
3. Tick Show me all the available permissions to view all permissions
4. Tick Permission to give full access
5. To modify Permissions, Tick/untick [Available Permissions]
6. Click Save.
   

To change the Role assigned to a user:

1. Click [user initials] > Settings > Users
2. Click the Role name you like to edit under Manage Roles
3. Select the user under Assigned Users
4. Click Remove
5. Click Save.
   

To move a user from one Role to another:

1. Click [user initials] > Settings > Users.
2. Click Role Name you like to edit under Manage Roles
3. Select the user under Assigned Users
4. Click Move to another role.
5. Choose the role in the Select role dropdown
6. Click Move and Save.
