My Purchase Order (PO) failed with the following error:

PO-11: Cannot deliver order. Terminal error code for PO status: FE-30: Cannot deliver email: undeliverable

New PO notifications can fail with this error if your email server is blocking them or if an email address is inactive.

Mijn inkooporder (IO) is mislukt met de volgende fout:

PO-11: Kan de order niet bezorgen. Terminal-foutcode voor IO-status: FE-30: Kan e-mail niet bezorgen: onbestelbaar

Om dit probleem op te lossen, controleert u of uw e-mailinstellingen voldoen aan onderstaande vereisten:

• Het domein @ariba.com is toegevoegd aan de toelaatlijst voor uw e-mailserver.
• Automatische antwoorden (bij afwezigheid) zijn uitgeschakeld.
• Alle adressen die zijn geconfigureerd onder uw Elektronische orderroutering, zijn correct en hebben actieve Postvakken IN voor e-mail.

Meldingen voor nieuwe IO's kunnen mislukken met deze fout als deze door uw e-mailserver worden geblokkeerd, als er een automatisch antwoord is ingeschakeld of als een bepaald e-mailadres inactief is.

Als de oorzaak van de fout is opgelost, kunt u mislukte orders opnieuw verzenden naar uw e-mailadres.
