My Purchase Order (PO) failed with the following error:

PO-11: Cannot deliver order. Terminal error code for PO status: FE-30: Cannot deliver email: undeliverable

New PO notifications can fail with this error if your email server is blocking them or if an email address is inactive.

注文書 (PO) が以下のエラーで失敗しました。

PO-11: オーダーを送付できません。注文書状況の端末エラーコード: FE-30: 電子メールを送信できませんでした: 配送不可

このエラーを解決するには、電子メールの設定が以下の要件に一致していることを確認してください。

• 電子メールサーバーでドメイン @ariba.com が許可リストに追加されている。
• 不在メールなどの自動返信が無効となっている。
• 電子オーダールーティングで設定されているアドレスはすべて正しく、電子メールの受信トレイが有効になっている。

新規の注文書通知がこのエラーで失敗する可能性があるのは、電子メールサーバーが注文書通知をブロックしているか、自動返信が有効になっているか、または電子メールアドレスが無効な場合です。

失敗の原因が解決したら、電子メールアドレスに失敗したオーダーを再送信することができます。

Once the cause of the failure is resolved, you can resend failed orders to your email address.
