How can an administrator user reset a user's password?

解決方案

Only a Buyer/Supplier user with an Administrator role has access to reset other users' passwords.

To reset another user's password:

  1. Sign into your account
  2. Click Admin Configuration (gear icon) > User
    • If you do not see User, you do not have permission
      • If you are a buyer user, request help from your Program Management Office
      • If you are a supplier user, request help from your system administrator
  3. Click on the user's name to open the user's account profile.
  4. Check on the field as follow:
    • Password Authentication
    • SSO
      • Both field were set to Yes
      • Users set to access SAP Fieldglass via Single Sign-On (SSO) only will not have the option to reset their password
  5. Click Reset Password > Reset
  6. An email with a password reset link will be sent to that user
