Why did I receive more than one invoice during the same quarter?

Answer

The Ariba Network's billing system is migrating to a new engine. During the migration, you may receive more then one invoice (Some from the new system and others from the older), depending on the Master Anniversary and Relationship Anniversary dates of your account/ buyer relationships.

You can see subscription invoices on your account using the steps below:

  1. Click [your initials] in the upper-right corner of the application.
  2. Click Service Subscriptions.
  3. Click My Subscriptions > Open Bills to see any invoices from our new billing engine.
  4. Click Remaining Billing to view invoices generated by the old system.
