How do I contact SAP Business Network Customer Support as a supplier?


Resolution

Before Logging In

Post-login Support

  1. In the upper right corner of your account, click the Question Mark icon.
  2. Click Support.

You will be navigated to the Help Center. You can browse help topics by searching keywords or phrases such as "add user", "create invoice", "connect with customer", etc. The recommended topics will be based on your account type and common questions. You can also see information specific to your buyers on this page.

If you would like to submit a support request:

  1. On the left side menu, click Get Support>Contact Support.
  2. Enter a brief description of your issue, then click Next.

You may be shown suggested topics. If these suggested Help Documents do not resolve your issue, click Something else then Next to move to the next step.

  1. Again, review suggested resources, if they do not resolve your issue click Next.
  2. Fill in the required fields in Step 3, then click Next.
  3. Select your choice of the offered contact options in Step 4. The offered options will depend on your account level and issue type.
  4. Confirm the contact details once more, then click the blue button at the bottom of the page to submit your request. The blue button will change based on what type of contact you choose.

When you first open the help center, you can scroll through the suggested topics on the main page. These links will take you to articles that contain step by step instructions to answer your questions!

Please Note: Only when you Sign in to your account in Help Center, can you request to be contacted by phone call. Otherwise, you'll only have the Chat Channel option available.
