How do I Chat with SAP Business Network Customer Support if I cannot log into my SAP Business Network Account?

Resolution

To chat with an agent:

when you are on Ariba Business Network login page either at https://service.ariba.com > Supplier or https://supplier.ariba.com

  1. Go to upper right Corner > select Question Mark.
  2. Select Support > Support.
  3. You will be navigated to the Help Center. On the left side menu, click Get Support>Contact Support.
  4. Enter a brief description of your issue, then click Next.
  5. Review suggested resources. If they do not resolve your issue, select Something Else or I am experiencing a different issue > Next, or just Next.
  6. Fill in the required fields in Step 3, then click Next.
  7. Select your choice of the offered contact options in Step 4. The offered options will depend on your account level and issue type.

when you are on Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires login page at https://proposals.seller.ariba.com

  1. Go to upper right Corner select Question Mark > Help Center.
  2. On the left side menu, click Get Support>Contact Support
  3. Enter a brief description of your issue, then click Next.
  4. Select an option under What do you need help with? If the suggested resources do not resolve your issue, click Something else > Next.
  5. Review suggested resourced, if they do not resolve your issue click Next.
  6. Fill in the required fields in Step 3, then click Next.
  7. Select your choice of the offered contact options in Step 4. The offered options will depend on your issue type.
