• I am not certain I am using the correct URL or I did not know there is more than one domain (URL) for SAP Fieldglass
• I know I am using the correct username and password but still receive a message that the username or password is incorrect
• I am getting an error message that the system cannot find an account with my username or email address
• I have to reset my password every time I sign into SAP Fieldglass
• Every time I try to log in, I get an error that says: The username or password is incorrect

• Your sign in information will only work with the URL that corresponds to the domain your company has chosen and your user type
  • If you have bookmarked an individual Time Sheet rather than the URL for the sign in page as a Worker, you may be redirected to the Buyer gateway
• SAP Fieldglass may not be available due to maintenance

• Is there a maintenance window?

  • During a maintenance window, users cannot sign into SAP Fieldglass. You should also see a maintenance page.

  • Review the SAP Fieldglass 2026 release schedule to confirm if there is a scheduled maintenance

• Confirm you are using the correct URL based on Instance and User Type:

  • EU Instance

    • EU Buyer users have a URL that is specific to the buyer: xxxx.eu.fieldglass.cloud.sap (where xxxx is your company code)

    • EU suppliers and workers all use the EU SAP Fieldglass Network URL: www.eu.fieldglass.cloud.sap

  • US Instance

    • US Buyer users have a URL that is specific to the buyer: xxxx.us.fieldglass.cloud.sap (where xxxx is your company code)

    • US suppliers and workers all use the US SAP Fieldglass Network URL: www.us.fieldglass.cloud.sap

  • AE Instance

    • AE Buyer users have a URL that is specific to the buyer: xxxx.ae.fieldglass.cloud.sap (where xxxx is your company code)

    • AE suppliers and workers all use the AE SAP Fieldglass Network URL: www.ae.fieldglass.cloud.sap

  • AU Instance

    • • AU Buyer users have a URL that is specific to the buyer: xxxx.au.fieldglass.cloud.sap (where xxxx is your company code)

      • AU suppliers and workers all use the AU SAP Fieldglass Network URL: www.au.fieldglass.cloud.sap

  • KSA Instance

Note: If you recently reset your password you can review the related email to determine the domain for your company:

• Click the password reset link from the email
• Review the URL in the browser address bar and note the first part of the URL because it is the domain
• When you sign in after a password reset, use that same domain. This domain may be different from where you are located
