SAP Fieldglass follows the SAP Cloud for Customer Release Dates and Timelines

• Monthly releases are conducted within weekly Maintenance Windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.
• Major Upgrade Windows occur up to 5 times a year including May and November. They are announced 5 days in advance and typically occur on the Friday prior to the third Sunday in those months. These releases can include new product features, new or changed functionality, user experience enhancements and changes to the user interface. SAP may update the Major Upgrade Window from time to time in accordance
  with the Agreement.
• Service Packs are also used to deliver fixes to application defects.
