Symptom

Error: The username and password pair you entered was not found when attempting to sign into a sourcing event using the invitation link provided

Cause

The invitation link that was provided may have expired.

Resolution

If you have already linked your account with the customer that has sent the invitation, you will want to follow these steps to access the event:

Go to https://proposals.seller.ariba.com
Sign in with your username and password

Once you are signed in, this will take you to Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires. You will want to click the customer that you are to complete the event for. This will show all events that you are connected to for that customer.

If the link needs to be replaced as it is a non-working link, you will need to contact your customer for a new invitation.

Additional Information

A working invitation link will bring you to a screen that gives you the option to Sign In for existing accounts or Create a new account for a new supplier account.
