I need to change or update my email address or username in the SAP Business Network supplier account.
The email is outdated, inactive, incorrectly typed, or belonged to the former account administrator.
Note: If no one has access to the account or its email anymore, you must contact our SAP Ariba Help Center to proceed with the account reassignment request.
To update the email address or username:

On the Ariba "Proposals and Questionnaires" home screen, click on the [user initials] in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on "My Account".

Edit the fields as needed.
Note: Although the "username" field is editable, we do not recommend changing it at this stage. Changing the UserID may result in the disconnection from approved buyer companies. First, you should verify and confirm that the account is not linked to any buyer clients. -
Click Save.

You will receive a link at your current email address to confirm the update of the account’s primary email.
You can also follow the steps above to edit contact information, language, time zone, currency in your account, and your organization’s address.
The steps above does not update the Company Profile.
Usernames are unique and cannot be used multiple times. They also need to be formatted like an email, but do not need to be a valid email address. For example, if your username of test@ariba.com was not accepted, try test1@ariba.com.
Please keep in mind that usernames are case sensitive. For example, Test@ariba.com will be different from test@ariba.com.
You may also want to consider checking your account notification settings to be sure that the correct email is being used.
In your account, by clicking on the initials, you can also change the language in which the SAP Ariba account is displayed.
