The user has to follow the below steps to change the language settings in SAP Ariba –
The language displayed is based on your internet browser settings also.
Kindly ask your internal IT team for assistance in changing your browser's language settings if necessary. Please refer to the article What browser versions are certified for SAP Ariba cloud solutions? to know more about supported browsers.
IMPORTANT: Please clear the browser history and cookies. Steps on how to clear the browser history and cookies are documented in the article - How do I delete/clear my browser's recent history, cookies, or cache?
Please be informed that if your site is an integrated site, which means it has both Strategic Procurement (Upstream) and Operational Procurement (Downstream) solutions and a user changes the language setting then the data has to flow from upstream to downstream and vice versa, based on users roles. Hence the system would take 5 – 10 minutes for the change to reflect.
WHAT IF I DO NOT FIND THE DESIRED LANGUAGE?
In order to change the language settings in SAP Ariba, the language that you are trying to change should be either the default language of your site or should be enabled as an additional language.
