如何更改或更新电子邮件地址、用户名或我的帐户名称?

回答

要更新电子邮件地址、用户名、联系人信息、首选语言、时区或帐户货币:

  1. 单击应用程序右上角的姓名首字母。
  2. 选择我的帐户
  3. 根据需要编辑任何字段。
  4. 单击保存

如果更新您的电子邮件地址,则确保单击发送给新电子邮件地址的确认邮件中的链接。

其他信息

用户名是唯一的,不能重复使用。用户名的格式与电子邮件相同,但不需要是有效地址。  例如,假设您不能使用 test@ariba.com 作为用户名,请尝试使用 test1@ariba.com。

您也可以考虑检查您的帐户通知设置以确保正在使用正确的电子邮件。

The steps above does not update the Company Profile.

Usernames are unique and cannot be used multiple times. They also need to be formatted like an email, but do not need to be a valid email address. For example, if your username of test@ariba.com was not accepted, try test1@ariba.com.

Please keep in mind that usernames are case sensitive. For example, Test@ariba.com will be different from test@ariba.com.

You may also want to consider checking your account notification settings to be sure that the correct email is being used.
