How can I change or update the email address, username, or name on my SAP Business Network supplier account?

Hoe wijzig ik het e-mailadres, de gebruikersnaam of de naam voor mijn account of werk ik de gegevens bij?

Ga als volgt te werk om het e-mailadres, de gebruikersnaam, de contactgegevens, de voorkeurstaal, de tijdzone of de valuta bij te werken voor uw account:

1. Klik op uw initialen in de rechterbovenhoek van de toepassing.
2. Selecteer de optie Mijn account.
3. Bewerk de gewenste velden.
4. Klik op Opslaan.

Als u uw e-mailadres bijwerkt, klikt u in dat geval op de link in de bevestigings-e-mail die naar het nieuwe e-mailadres wordt verzonden.

Gebruikersnamen zijn uniek en kunnen niet meerdere keren worden gebruikt. Ze moeten ook zijn opgemaakt als e-mailadres (de naam hoeft geen geldig e-mailadres te zijn).  Bijvoorbeeld: werd uw gebruikersnaam test@ariba.com niet geaccepteerd, probeert u dan test1@ariba.com.

U kunt ook nog de instellingen voor meldingen in uw account controleren om er zeker van te zijn dat het juiste e-mailadres wordt gebruikt.

The steps above does not update the Company Profile.

Usernames are unique and cannot be used multiple times. They also need to be formatted like an email, but do not need to be a valid email address. For example, if your username of test@ariba.com was not accepted, try test1@ariba.com.

Please keep in mind that usernames are case sensitive. For example, Test@ariba.com will be different from test@ariba.com.

You may also want to consider checking your account notification settings to be sure that the correct email is being used.
