How can I change or update the email address, username, or name on my SAP Business Network supplier account?

내 계정에서 전자우편 주소, 사용자 이름 또는 이름을 변경하거나 갱신하려면 어떻게 할까요?

사용자 계정에서 전자우편 주소, 사용자 이름, 연락처 정보, 선호 언어, 시간대 또는 계정을 갱신하는 방법:

1. 응용프로그램의 오른쪽 상단 모서리에서 이니셜을 클릭합니다.
2. 내 계정을 선택합니다.
3. 필요한 경우 필드를 편집합니다.
4. 저장을 클릭합니다.

전자우편 주소를 갱신하는 경우, 새 전자우편 주소에 전송된 확인 전자우편에서 링크를 클릭해야 합니다.

사용자 이름은 고유하므로 여러 번 사용할 수 없습니다. 또한 전자우편과 같은 형식이어야 하지만 유효한 주소일 필요는 없습니다.  예를 들어, test@ariba.com 사용자 이름이 수락되지 않을 경우 test1@ariba.com으로 시도해 보십시오.

올바른 전자우편 계정이 사용되고 있는지 확인하려면 사용자 계정 알림 설정을 고려할 수도 있습니다.

The steps above does not update the Company Profile.

Usernames are unique and cannot be used multiple times. They also need to be formatted like an email, but do not need to be a valid email address. For example, if your username of test@ariba.com was not accepted, try test1@ariba.com.

Please keep in mind that usernames are case sensitive. For example, Test@ariba.com will be different from test@ariba.com.

You may also want to consider checking your account notification settings to be sure that the correct email is being used.
