While creating Request for Quotation(RFQ) in SAP ERP I am getting below error message in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network transaction tracker:
SAP Business Network Response is: "Expectation Failure" and Error Code: "417" and Error Code Response: "Error: There is no RFQ with Request ID XXXXXXXXX Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for more details. Suggested Action : Document Failed in SAP Business Network. For further assistance, please contact SAP Support with the code mentioned in Response.CIG Support Error Code: CIG-PLT-00644
• The most usual cause of this issue is that during creation the payload failed in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network.
• SAP ERP sends update payloads, but the RFQ does not exist in SAP Business Network.
- Send a creation payload to SAP Business Network before sending an update payload.
- Trigger the very first RFQ message in SAP ERP on the output messages to resolve the issue.
- Identify the message by checking the payload section QuoteRequestHeader type.
Re-process the creation payload in Managed Gateway for Spend&Network for the respective QuoteRequest. To resend the RFQ document,
- Go to ME42 tcode.
- Select the RFQ ID
- Click Header > Messages
- Select the output and Click Repeat Output for the original/initial message that was created
