Why was my credit card autopayment not processed?

If your credit card autopayment was not properly processed, below are the most common reasons:

Possible reasons

• Cannot authorize credit card: Check with you bank for more details
• Credit card expired: Please login, update the details and submit payment manually
• Insufficient funds: Check with you bank for more details
• Open credit available: If the credit is larger than the invoice amount, we can refund the difference. How to request a refund

If the problem persists, try deleting the card and re-entering the card details.

If you are not able to update your details and submit the credit card manually according to this guide, Edit Credit card, you may send transfer or cheque to the corresponding bank account (account details are included in the invoices – page 2).
