How do I pay my invoices via Credit Card?


Resolution

You can set up autopay or make a one-time payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Please follow the steps below to pay your supplier fees and maintain your credit cards.

Prerequisite:

  1. Log into SAP Business Network
  2. In the upper-right corner of the application, click [User Initials] > Service Subscriptions
  3. Click on Invoices menu

How to set up autopay with credit card:

  1. Go to Recurring Payments section, next to the subscription you want to autopay, Click + to assign a credit card
  2. Follow the popups, click Save
  3. Your invoices will be automatically paid on the invoice due date. Go to the Invoices section to see paid invoices listed under Paid

How to make one-time payments with credit card:

  1. Go to Invoices section, select the invoices you want to pay under Open, click Pay Invoices button
  2. Follow the popups to choose an existing or new credit card, click Pay
  3. Go to the Invoices section to see paid invoices listed under Paid

You can also store your credit card information in the Payment Methods section:

  1. Go to the Payment Methods section, click Credit Cards
  2. Use the following to maintain your cards and click Save
    • Click on + to add and follow the pop-ups to add a new card
    • Click the pencil icon to change a card’s nickname or expiration date. You cannot change the card number
    • Click the trash can icon to delete a card

This ensures your payment information is up-to-date and readily available for future transactions.

You cannot delete credit cards that are still being used for your subscription’s autopay. You can unassign or switch the credit card use for autopay, then delete the card from your payment methods.

Credit Card autopayment advantages:

  • Saves time processing manual payment.

  • Ensures payment is on time and applied to your account correctly.

  • Still have 60 days from invoice date to review and dispute fees.

  • Invoice & Activity Reports are available at any time to download and attached to credit card statement as back up.
