Why was my credit card autopayment not processed?
If your credit card autopayment was not properly processed, below are the most common reasons:

If you are not able to update your details and submit the credit card manually according to this guide, Edit Credit card, you may send transfer or cheque to the corresponding bank account (account details are included in the invoices – page 2).
