How do I delete my SAP Business Network Standard account?

Resolution

In order to delete your SAP Business Network Standard account:

Once these requirements are met, you can use the self-service account deletion feature to delete your account by completing the following steps:

  1. In the upper-right part of the application, click [user initials] > Settings > Account Registration.
  2. Click Account Deletion .
  3. Click the checkboxes for Review Associated Account, Resolve Pending Bills, and Download Archived Invoices.
  4. Click Submit Deletion Request.
  5. Once you fulfill all the criteria, a Multi-factor Authentication Required screen appears. If you have not enabled multifactor authentication for your company profile, an Email Authentication Required screen appears to validate your request.
    • If you see a Multi-factor Authentication Required screen, enter the Time-based Verification Code and click Submit.
    • If you see an Email Authentication Required screen, click the Send button and click the link you received in your registered email.
  6. Once your request is validated, an Account Deletion Request is submitted screen appears.

After the account deletion request has been submitted, the account will be expired and none of the users will be able to log on to the account. For this reason, it is highly recommended that the you inform all account users and customers of the account deletion prior to deleting the account.

If you are planning on deleting your account so that your email address can be used as a username on another SAP Business Network account, please change your username to a different username before deleting the account. Usernames must be in the format of an email address, but the email address does not need to be valid.
