How do I change my email address or username in my supplier account?
- I need to update the username or email address for my supplier user account.
- My username or email address is incorrect.
- Who can update my supplier account username or email address?
- After accessing the account, click [User Initials] in the upper-right corner.
- Select My Account.
- Update the field(s) as needed.
- Check if there are any pending fields for completion.
- If any, please fill in the required information.
- Click Save.
- After clicking My account, you can also edit contact information, language, time zone, currency in your account, and your organization’s address.
- The steps above does not update the Company Profile.
- Usernames are unique and cannot be used multiple times. They must be formatted as an email address, but do not need to be a valid one. For example, if your email test@ariba.com has already been used as a username, you can register a new user as test1@ariba.com
- You should not change the username if you have existing buyer relationships in SAP Ariba Proposals and Questionnaires, as this will result in the subsequent disconnection from these buyer organizations. If you change it, you will see the error message: Your company or user account does not exist on [buyer] site. You can find more details .
- If you changed the data on the Email Address field, you will receive a link at your current email address to confirm the update of the account’s primary email.
- If no one has access to the account or its email address anymore, you must contact our to proceed with the request.
