How do I change my email address or username in my supplier account?
Symptom

Resolution
  1. After accessing the account, click [User Initials] in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select My Account.
  3. Update the field(s) as needed.
  4. Check if there are any pending fields for completion.
  5. If any, please fill in the required information.
  6. Click Save.
