# How can a supplier reset a worker password?

## Symptom

- Worker contacted me because they forgot their password
- Password needs to be changed

## Environment

Production

## Resolution

1. Sign into your SAP Fieldglass supplier account
2. Click **View** > **Workers**
3. Use the filters to locate the worker > click **Worker ID**
4. Click **Actions** > **Reset Password**
   - If you do not have this action contact the Program Management Office
5. A password reset email will be sent to the worker's email
