• Cannot access supplier account because I forgot my username or password
• I need to regain access to supplier account
• My username and password are not recognized

If you cannot sign in to your account due to a forgotten username or password you can try these options:

Option 1: Use the Assistant for immediate assistance:

1. 1. Access SAP Fieldglass:

   2. Once on the Login page, click on Need sign in assistance?
   3. A Pop-Windows will appear on the right side of your screen
   4. Click the option for the information you forgot:
      • I forgot my username
        • You will then be asked to provide the email address associated with the account
      • I forgot my password
        • You will then be asked to provide the username associated with the accouny
   5. Once providing the required information, you should receive an email containing the requested username or password link
      • Check your Spam/ Junk folders to confirm the email was not directed there

Option 2: You can always contact a Supplier Administrator user in your company, as they can confirm your username and reset your password if needed
