How do I change my company name or address in my company profile?
Symptom
How do I update the company name or address in my SAP Business Network supplier account?
Resolution
To update basic company information such as your company name or address, please follow these steps:
- Sign into your SAP Business Network supplier account.
- In the upper-right corner of the application, click [user initials] > Company Profile.
- You will see several tabs underneath your company name, including Overview, Certifications, Sustainability Ratings, etc.
- Confirm you are on the Overview tab, click the Edit button on the upper right side of the About Us section.
- You will see there are two sides of this page:
- Basic Information: Add basic company information such as the company name, DUNS number, description, business type, website URL, revenue, etc.
- Address Information: Update your company address information.
- Click Save after you make your changes.

Please note that you need to be the account administrator or the sub-user having the Company Information permission to review and update company profile information. If you can't access the Company Profile page, contact your account administrator.
