How do I view and complete enablement tasks?
Enablement tasks are activities that your buyer requires in order to complete your on-boarding. To access your enablement tasks:
- Login to your account and click the Enablement tab.
- Click View Details to the left of your buyer's name to view the required tasks.
- Use the arrow to the left of an activity name to expand that section and see all related tasks.
- Click Configure or Review to the right of the associated task to complete it.
- Repeat for all pending tasks.
Once the task is completed, the status of the task will change from Pending to Completed. You can click Refresh in the top right hand corner to show the most recent status of the task.
