How do I transfer my DUNS number from an old or outdated account to my current account?

In order to transfer the DUNS number, you must be able to access the account.

If the account is old or outdated and you do not have access to it, you can request an account reassignment from Ariba Support.

Once you have access to the outdated account, follow these steps:

1. Click your [user initials] in the upper right corner >click Company Profile.
2. Click the pencil icon to the right of your company name.
3. Remove the DUNS number.
4. Click Save.

You can then log in to your current account and add the DUNS number by following the same steps.

• A DUNS number must be unique within the Ariba Commerce Cloud and can only be claimed by one account.
