How do I update my company's DUNS (Dun & Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System) number?

The DUNS Number is an identification code that only applies to companies registered in the US. It is stored in your Company Profile.

If your company does not have any DUNS Number, you must not enter one as it is not mandatory.

Business Network is integrated with Dun & Bradstreet so your DUNS number should be pulled automatically for you to review and approve. If the system finds matching DUNS records for your company, you will receive an alert in your profile to review the matches. Upon clicking the alert, you will be directed to the Edit Company Information page where you will be able to review the information pulled from the D&B database and either Accept or Decline to add it to your profile.

You can also manually add or edit your DUNS number in the company profile by following the below steps:

1. Go to [user initials] > Company Profile.
2. Click the pencil icon to the right of your company name.
3. Fill out the DUNS Number field. If you aren't sure what your DUNS number is, click the Don't know your DUNS number? link and search for it.
4. Click Save.

You need to be the account administrator or have the Company Information permission to review and update company profile information. If you can't access the Company Profile page, contact your account administrator to request this permission.
