How do I update my company’s DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number in SAP Business Network?

The DUNS Number is an identification code that only applies to companies registered in the US. It is stored in your Company Profile.

If your company does not have any DUNS Number, you must not enter one as it is not mandatory.

SAP Business Network is integrated with Dun & Bradstreet and can automatically identify your company’s DUNS number.

If a match is found, you will receive a notification in your profile.
Click the notification to access Edit Company Information.
Review the details and select one of the following options:

• Accept
• Reject

Updating the DUNS number manually

If needed, you can update the number manually:

1. Click [your initials] > Company Profile
2. Click the edit icon next to the company name
3. Update the DUNS Number field
4. If you do not know the number, click Don’t know your DUNS number?
5. Click Save
