I have credit card autopayment, but payment was not processed.
A notification will be sent to you if your credit card payment was not properly processed. There are a few possible reasons the payment could not be processed:
If the problem persists, try deleting the card and re-entering the card details.
If you are not able to update your details and submit the credit card manually according to this guide, How do I pay my invoices via Credit Card? you may send transfer or cheque to the corresponding bank account (account details are included in the invoices – page 2).
