How do I search for other existing accounts and administrators that my company has?

The Recommended Accounts tool allows you to view registered accounts that may match your company profile. To search for existing accounts, sign in to your account and follow the steps below:

1. In the upper-right corner, click [user initials] > Settings > Recommended Accounts.
2. You may be shown a few account matches. You can also click Open Advance Search and enter search details to refine your search.
3. The search results will display the company name, BNOID, and Country/Region. To view additional details like the admin name and email, select the radio bubble next to the account and click Link. Note: this will not link the accounts immediately, this will just show you the administrator details.
   
   

This page will show you the administrator name and email so that you can confirm is it the correct account. If you would like to link the accounts, you can link the account as your child.

If the listed administrator for an account is no longer with your company, you can request an account reassignment to change the administrator. You will be asked to provide the ANID number, administrator name and email of the account.
