I noticed a BNOID in my company profile. What is that?
Symptom

My account is showing a BNOID which is different from my ANID. Can I still use my ANID?

Environment

SAP Business Network

Cause

Resolution

While the migration to SAP BTP is taking place, you can provide support with your account BNOID or ANID and we can locate your account.

You can still transact and integrate with your business partners using either the ANID or BNOID, you do not need to make any changes to be able to transact with the ANID regardless of your accounts' migration status.

We recommend taking note of your BNOID and making it your main account reference point moving forward.

If your account has not been migrated, you will only see your BNOID in the company profile section of your account.

After your account is fully migrated, the BNOID will be shown in all places where the ANID was previously displayed.
