How do I enable or disable my supplier account to receive notifications for service interruptions, network downtime and new releases?
You must enable or disable Network Service notifications.
To enable the notifications, please follow the below steps:
- Sign in to the SAP Business Network.
- In the top right corner, click [initials] and select Settings > Notifications.
- Under Other Notifications, check the box for notification type Network Service.
- In the box to the right, enter up to three email addresses separated by commas.
- Click Save.
To disable the notifications, please follow the below steps:
- Sign in to the SAP Business Network.
- In the top right corner, click [initials] and select Settings > Notifications.
- Under Other Notifications, uncheck the box or edit the email address for notification type Network Service.
- Click Save.
To access Notifications, you must be an account administrator or a user with the Company Information permission.
