What are some common errors received by suppliers when logging in to SAP Ariba?

Below is a list of errors a supplier can receive when trying to log in to the application. Click the link for the solution.

• Error: "The username and password pair you entered was not found."
• Error: "The password pair you entered was not found or the account is locked."
• Error: "The username and password entered has already merged to another Ariba Sourcing user account."
• Error: "You must enter the Ariba Commerce Cloud, SAP Business Network Discovery, or SAP Business Network username and password associated with your [Supplier Company] account."

There are others errors that will require you to work with Customer Support to resolve. If you receive any of the below errors, please contact SAP Support for assistance.

• Error: "There has been an issue connecting to the Sourcing Server. Please try to connect to the service later."
• Error: "There has been an issue updating the Sourcing supplier."
