Why didn't I receive a password reset email?
Check the following areas if you did not receive a password reset email after clicking Password on the login page.
- Make sure the email is not in the spam folder of your email program: Add ordersender-prod@ansmtp.ariba.com to the safe senders list in your email program to prevent future emails from routing to the spam folder.
- Your internal firewall might be blocking the delivery of the email: Contact your information technology (IT) team to make sure the firewall allows the delivery of the email.
- Your account might be locked:
- If you are not the administrator, contact your administrator to ask for the account to be unlocked.
- If you are the administrator, contact Ariba Customer Support to unlock the account.
After you receive a password reset email, you must take action within 5 days to prevent the link from expiring.
